Here are numerous cyberfolios that will allow you to note the quality of some our work. Many of our projects are not listed in this section, although it would be our pleasure to share them with you if you would like.

You will find in this document some important achievements of the department of business solutions in programming. Our expertise in this area is diverse, but our main strength is PHP / MySQL. We also encourage the use of "framework" when possible (CakePHP).
Please note that we have not included our work on other types of system programming.

Nous oeuvrons dans des domaines aussi variés que : l'administration réseau et soutien technique dans des PME (professionnels de la santé, juridiques, en immobilier, détaillants, manufacturiers); installation à domicile pour des compagnies de télécommunications ;maintenance et réparation d'appareils spécialisés dans des institutions bancaires ; gestion de caisses clients dans d'importantes chaînes agroalimentaires.
Pour chacun de ces domaines, nous jouons un rôle proactif en étroite collaboration avec nos clients. Le dysfonctionnement d'un point de vente à l'heure de pointe est inacceptable ! Nous avons mis en place un centre d'appels qui gère les urgences et des techniciens qualifiés sont prêts à régler les difficultés lorsqu’elles se présentent (aide par ordinateur à distance, par téléphone, par courriel, en atelier ou sur place, en tout temps).

For the majority of these projects, Quatral has managed all stages of development (requirements analysis, domain name, choice of hosting package, creation of graphic design, choice of photos, creation of texts, translation, website programming, verification of W3C standards, tests on the main browsers, training fot the administration side of the site, listing on search engines, maintenance and security updates).

We maintain about fifty stations spread over different telephone systems IP.
For each of these projects, we have analyzed the needs of the customer, provided the required materials and prepared the transition from their old system to their new one. We also customize systems, install equipment, train users and be present for them! |
